We had a steak dinner at the restaurant that was just perfect and the stand-alone bathtub in our suite was something else completely I tell you it was a nice touch after a long day

While the room had a distinctive castle charm, some decor elements like the silver plastic goblets and odd wooden wall frame felt cheap. Plus, the shower lacked proper shelving for toiletries, forcing them onto the floor, which is less than ideal for a place aiming for a castle vibe.

Can just recommend for a holiday

Modernized room, excellent shower, with superb views including Whitby Abbey and the North Yorks National Park, found the dining experience to be outstanding thanks to a terrific team and enjoyed free wi-fi and parking.
